Sistas Caring 4 Sistas (SC4S) is a community-based doula program dedicated to supporting families from preconception through parenthood. Rooted in evidence-based care, SC4S doulas provide essential birthing, postpartum, partner, and lactation support while fostering open communication and strong community ties. As an “After Five” resource, they offer in-home care and connect families to vital services addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). SC4S prioritizes informed choice, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for families. Committed to underserved communities, they also open pathways for professional training in perinatal health, making a lasting impact on maternal care and family well-being.
